Peachtree Ariel Tilt Double Hung Sash Tilt Latch Housing Kit, 1995-2002 model with flip type release.
Kit includes LH/RH housings, LH/RH slides and two rebound springs.
Remove wood sash liner to access the housings at the top of the sash.
Reuse any existing retaining screws when replacing the housing or flip lever parts
