How To: Find Glass Identification Code

The glass code number references the date of manufacture, which is helpful in identifying the product. When ordering replacement window sash, it is necessary to specify the glass identification code.
Markings are etched in the glass or printed / stamped on one of the four sides of the metal spacer channel which separates the two panes of glass.

How To: Specify Number of Grille Lites

Window Sash quotes are dependent on grille selection. All grilles are quoted by number of “lites” in the glass.
IMPORTANT: Grille lites are specified as HORIZONTAL X VERTICAL.
